If you have any questions before or during the event, please contact Aprill Shelburne, Director of Player Services. Aprill will be available at the Player Check-In desk throughout the combine and is happy to assist with any needs or questions that arise.
To ensure team owners and management have the most accurate and up-to-date information for the 2026 scouting and draft process, all participants are required to complete the official Player Profile Form.

This information is essential for our scouting reports and will be used directly by owners to evaluate the field. You may update your profile at any time prior to the start of the combine should your information or player stats change.​
OFFICIAL COMBINE SCHEDULE
All events take place at Pickler Universe (Carrollton, TX). Please note that sessions 1-4 are required for evaluation.

Friday, February 27th
​
9:00 AM:
Player Check-In Opens. Visit the registration desk to pick up your Evaluation Bib. This must be visible at all times during play.

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM:
Open Play. Optional for all registered participants.
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM:
REQUIRED: Session 1. Featuring gender-based skills assessments and evaluation.
Saturday, February 28th
​
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM:
REQUIRED: Session 2. Gender doubles scrambled partner round-robin play. (Divisions: 40s and 50s+60s).
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM:
REQUIRED: Session 3. Mixed doubles scrambled or fixed partner round-robin play. (Divisions: 40s, 50s, and 60s).
5:30 PM:
Owners' Reception. Join us for a social evening with CSP team owners, managers, and former players.
Sunday, March 1st
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM: REQUIRED:
Session 4. Gender doubles round-robin play. Pools will be based on all prior session results and assessments. (Divisions: 40s, 50s, and 60s).
